Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation.
Using models from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and John Gottman, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and short-term brief therapy (SFBT) to resolve conflicts and strengthen bonds between partners and families. All participants must be age 18 or older. Family therapy is limited to four participants, and all participants can join virtually from separate devices. This applies to couples counseling as well.
