Wild Water Mental Health

My individual counseling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals.  I provide a supportive, relaxed, informal, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change.

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques: cognitive-behavioral therapy and internal family systems psychoeducation to help you overcome negative thought patterns, reflexive responses, and unhealthy communication styles.  I will also occasionally incorporate some of the Gottman Method to prompt the reframing of thoughts and actions to help you look toward the positive.
